The results that I have obtained states I prefer conformity since I like to implement self-control prior to being acting impulsively. In my assessment I have also highlighted the importance of the support lend by my family since their presence is critical to my success. The values and domains of mine states that I place highest value in tolerance and protecting the welfare of the people. Conclusively, in my self-assessment I have stated that I carry a stable personality and I generally take time before making any decision. Though in my assessment I have pointed out that I am introvert but I am making an attempt towards being extrovert as well. The above reflection truly reflects that I carry an open mind since I welcome new experience that further helps in reckoning my personality traits. Discerning towards my strength I have provided a conclusive evidence of my strength where I undertook the test of my strength by obtaining feedback from my friend. Though the outcomes derived stated that I possess self-motivation with creativity but I additionally possess humour that helps me in being grounded and search for solutions during difficult situations. The reflection that I have stated above defines my emotions as I prefer keeping them in check and I generally do not prefer revealing my emotions very quickly. However, the self-assessment reflects an area of weakness regarding emotional management which I have already stated needs an improvement. The self-assessment highlights my effort involved in the improvement of personal and professional domain and additionally I have been working towards the management of my emotions. The qualities highlighted above in my self-assessment represents the reflection of my social awareness as I have extended my abilities in better management of relationship with an approachable open mind professional traits of meeting people. I have highlighted in the above context that for an individual to excel in a cooperative environment there is a need for cultural diversity. The self-assessment has presented an evidence of my cultural intelligence of character as I have significantly focussed on maintaining work ethic. Though in my self-assessment I have demonstrated a reflection of being engaging in diverse cultural activities however I also consider this to be one my drawbacks that I need to work upon however I believe that the approachable character of my personality will help in advancing in my inter-personal skills. A conclusive evidence can be presented in self-assessment by reflecting that I have maintained my focus on creating positivity to endure a lasting relationship. Though in my self-assessment I have portrayed placing emphasis on work however I possess the characteristics of maintaining relations that is significant in the demonstration of effective leadership skills.
